Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are noted on each product when you purchase. Interlude Audio will offer free shipping if you purchase two or more items.
Interlude Audio offers shipping to any USA, Alaska, Hawaii address. Shipping is not available for USA Territory/Military/Freight-Forwarding or International addresses at this time.
Shipping normally takes between 1-4 business days.
Interlude Audio works with a number of professional shipping carriers; your order will be shipped by the carrier that can best meet the cost/delivery destination/timeliness of the delivery.
We cannot guarantee same day shipping. All orders in stock are subject up to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.
Order processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping fees are for the services provided by the carrier and will not be refunded if item is returned for any reason.
Please contact us at support@interludeaudio.com within 15 days of your order if your delivery shows “delivered” when you track it, but you have not received it or was damaged in shipping.
Requesting Address Change:
Address changes cannot be made after your order has shipped. To change your address after shipping, you must cancel your order; see Return Policy. To change an address before shipping, please submit a Support Ticket at support@interludeaudio.com and include the following subject line- Address Update Order # (enter your order number here).
Return Policy
Defective products, wrong item received, unopened products in the original condition and packaging (within 30 days) will receive 100% of purchase price. Customer to pay shipping in the case of unwanted items.
Non-defective products that are returned opened within 30 days or unopened non-defective products returned within 90 days will receive a 80% refund (20% restocking fee) and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
No returns or refunds are offered beyond 90 days past purchase.
Products that are received by Interlude Audio in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from our website.
- Any product that does not contain informational RMA number along with described reason for return.
- Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a 20% restocking fee or be rejected.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
